The app works, but sporadically. in a month, I've had to uninstall it twice and reinstall. When I spoke with the customer service rep about the problems, she suggested that I just uninstall the app, period. Pretty lame technology. Update: Mar. 31: I have just reinstalled again. Definitely not satisfactory performance. Update: April 13: apps fails to synch with the device. Pitiful.

okay, WHEN IT WORKS. I have to turn my bluetooth off & back on during treatment all the time. I got the Orthofix Cervical Collar & have 4 hours daily. The rep who helped me install told me if time unsyncs just have to refresh, but there is no such option. The display blinks on the app like its tracking, but it's not synced in real time. The calendar will be inaccurate if you don't hurry and resync it last few minutes. The optional links on HELP are dead links. Graph is good though. FIX IT!!!!!!!

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app every other day and put in the serial number, go through the privacy policy, etc, again. It's ridiculous how it refuses to connect to the device so often. I make sure the Bluetooth is on before opening the app and that the device is on and treatment started prior to opening the app. I follow the directions every time, yet this keeps happening. This is only the 6th treatment I've used it for. Fix your app.
