since last update Bluetooth on watch keeps turning off and is taking days to finally get it back on. Now home screen is telling me the correct date and time but when I try to check my sleep monitor it is showing a day earlier and won't change onto correct day saying no future data so no sleep information is being recorded. I am also not receiving message notifications despite the fact they are switched on

GARBAGE!! Don't waste your money. I'd give MINUS stars if I could. It added up 3 days of steps with 2 days blank then one mega day. No sleep at all recorded 3 nights!! Sleep is mostly VERY wrong (can say you've been awake when you're asleep or opposite). ONLY records sleep 9pm to 9 am so no good for shift workers. Doubt heart rate is much better either. Often disconnects Bluetooth. Overall, it was just a watch, but only lasted 7 months then gone in bin. Total rubbish & no support.

Dear Smartwatch Company Customer Support Team, I am disappointed with my recent purchase of your smartwatch due to several issues I have encountered. The app is incredibly laggy, making it frustrating to use. Additionally, the sleep tracing feature is inaccurate and unreliable, and the watch does not store steps in data storage as advertised. I give the product a three-star rating and request a solution about my problem. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response. -Luke
