Buggy but helpful. I've had to close the app or reboot the phone to get graphs to load. The food entry is a mess and needs a new database. Also keeps logging me out which is really frustrating. Luckily I think I may have solved my pre diabetes issue via not taking a PPI I had been on for a few years. (Knock on wood)

Overall,I like the app and the program I have. However, I have lost money (at least three sensors worth); the app continues to have problems reading my sensors. Apparently, the software is still using the old GCM(freestyle Libre 1), I have the Freestyle Libre 3, which seems to be compatible only half of the two weeks I'm wearing it. I am considering cancelling my subscription (especially after being told I could not be given replacement sensors, not even their own) and using the Libre app.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Had issues from the start and was very frustrated the only option available to fix it was chat-- typically this is ok, as long as the help desk is committed to reading carefully. Given bad advice multiple times in several conversations as I wasn't being taken seriously and read carefully. Many issues, maybe in a few years they will iron out the problems but now it's just lots of frustration. For what you're paying, there should be excellent service.
