Ratings and reviews

Tried to set it up both in the app & on the site and both lead me to a neverending log in loop. I emailed for tech support using an email that was provided by them here in the reviews (since clicking support on their site kept asking me to log in over and over) and it came back as "failed - address not found". I'm confused since this app was recommended to me by a reputable source but it smelling like a scam.

Some feedback: You need to make it easier for a parent, after they've logged in to their device, get their child's device setup as well. You could achieve this better using just an OTP.

Love it! Only complaint I have is the notifications don't work. No matter how many times I set it up to send a notification reminder, it doesn't
