Ratings and reviews

Fun game but if you get too far the rewards are mostly useless. I have unusable character tokens but they give me more. It is frustrating when I have 999 and instead of giving tokens for characters I still need it says it gives me more but it doesn't actually. After building all the animal places, gems and animals are useless. You can't even go back and upgrade things. There needs to be some kind of resource exchange to keep it fun, or at least some kind of purpose for all the extra resources.

It's a fun endless runner with Sonic characters. No ads or microtransactions since it comes with your Netflix subscription is a nice touch. It's a bit tedious to level up characters since you only get a chance at a couple tokens for a random character during the style sections in between levels. It'd be nice if you could buy some with red rings or lower the amount required to unlock them. The core gameplay is fun though and it doesn't require too much grinding in order to get any other currency.

This version of Sonic Dash is WAY better than the original. First off, the stupid card system is gone, meaning you can upgrade characters no problem without the need of gettting cards. Not only that, New Yoke City is a playable area and Dr. Babble is a boss instead of just Eggman & Zazz. Lastly, the game is adless and there's no paywalls. A great improvement to the original and definitely worth playing.
