This product does not save you money, you can only waste months with support without any results. 1) app doesn't always communicate to thermostat 2) relay doesn't control the temperature properly (either valves not opening when below targets or not closing when targets are met, this isn't physical control issue but app or their IT infra issues or bugs). No explanations provided by support, so issues can and will return.

Absolutely frustrating. Got a new phone so foolishly thought that it would be a good idea to upgrade the app, bad, very bad decision. It changed me from principal to guest and will only allow me to set a schedule which I don't want to do. We just want to be able to turn heating on and off whenever we want. My wife can but I can't!¡!! I note all unfavourable reviews seem to be recent!!! Upgrades seem to make the simple impossible

Frost guard and Away mode aren't working. When activating these, the displayed wanted temperature goes back to the scheduled one. It's like the consign is completely ignored. Could you fix this ASAP? Thanks! Edit: a week later and still no bug fix for these features. It's winter here and we need to be able to prevent the heater to turn on when we are away. Please fix this ASAP. Edit 2: still not fixed even after the support write so...
