Total Garbage! I have reached out to NAPCO and never get a reply. This app is so outdated it is ridiculous. It does NOT work with the Samsung S23+. It does pull up my accounts but constantly gives an error message. It would be nice if the company would get their act together.

the app is basic but very useful and accurate, it is slow, but thats reliant of your network signals and traffic as well as the communicators signals and traffic. aside from that it's reliable and consistent. if it fails to arm, it's not the app, your alarm is not ready to arm.

Does not work with the latest Android on a Samsung s22 Ultra. The app says it has disarmed the system but when I open the door the system is still active. Not good when you need to let someone in while out of town.
