I am an Android user, and from the start, I've had a lot of connectivity issues with the app, and once I can finally open the app, theres constant issues with the live stream. The video quality is very grainy, not what they advertise. Other than that, all other functions of the nanit as a monitor have met our needs. Nice to have live stream access when away from home.

Recent updates fixed most issues I was having. We also use an iPad as a full-time monitor and I'm not sure why it always displays upside down in landscape mode. The Android app has a rotate button that works great. One general complaint is that Nanit doesn't consistently reset the clock when baby is laid down, and there's no way to manually edit.

We use a floor bed and place the camera next to the child rather than up top because it simply is too far and I couldn't see if she was awake. It was ok then once I upgraded thw firmware, almost all the monitoring done is wrong. I have been correcting and reporting it each time but it's getting quite annoying to fix every single interaction. Recently, it's not even catching the time right when I put my child to bed. I put her down at 8pm and nothing was captured til 11pm.
