About this app

Take the hassle out of trip administration with the WEBFLEET Logbook app. It helps drivers maintain accurate and easy-to-use mileage logs with just a few clicks.

The app allows drivers to add trip details, including trip mode settings (business, commute or private), purpose of the journey, contact person for the job and any other comments directly on their smartphone.

At Webfleet Solutions, we take driver privacy very seriously. The new WEBFLEET Logbook app complies with all the GDPR requirements and ensures the individual driver can only see their own trips when a vehicle is used by multiple drivers.

The new, driver-centric WEBFLEET Logbook app makes life easier for drivers by:
• Allowing the driver to access all relevant trip information, including trip details and map, all from the same view.
• Highlighting trips where driver actions are required.
• Delivering direct feedback to help improve driving style and encourage responsible driving through OptiDrive 360 scores by day, week or year.

To use the WEBFLEET Logbook app, you need a subscription to the WEBFLEET fleet management solution and the supporting hardware.

Driver access to the app is then granted via WEBFLEET. If you need further information, contact your Webfleet Solutions representative or visit webfleet.com.

Existing users of the TomTom WEBFLEET Logbook app will require new login credentials to use the WEBFLEET Logbook app.
