The app worked well up until a couple of weeks ago. When I log in now the app is blank and I'm unable to see my appointments, providers, send messages and etc. It's essentially useless now.

It's not just the app, it's the patient portal in general. I can't access anything on my phone browser, in the app, or on a PC. I would desperately love to send my doctor a message, but can't. :(

Not as user friendly as it could be. Can't reset password w/o setting up security question. Too time consuming.
