Does what I want it to do. Let's me add my own exercises and add rest intervals and then guides you through it when you start workout. Would like it to sync with Google fit or Health Connect. Also needs to add Resistance band exercises (can just use the dumbbell variations to add if you want)

Hi Arshad, Thank you for your review! I am glad the app meets your needs. Soon i will add resistance band exercises, but a bit complicated with sync with google fit and health connect. I really like the UI/UX, and there's no more complicated stuff; it's just so easy to use. It would be great if there were an option to add custom reps to each set (round). But that's okay. Also, please consider adding more arm workouts, such as dumbbell reverse curls, etc.

It is simple, free and a great app overall. It does what it says and to say the truth 😅 I've been looking for something like this for a minute now. So much good stuff about it but overall as I've said before, it does what it says for FREE. No ads too so
