Ratings and reviews

The app errors out on each and every sign in attempt. "An error occurred. Please try again" is all I ever get. Connected to the Internet without issues on any other app or webpage. Sign in on the webpage, no issues. Sign out and try the app, same error. Reinstalled the app multiple times, same issue each and every time. Tried the online help, nothing for this error. Did an open Google search, nothing. No fixes or further troubleshooting steps. App is completely useless if you can't sign it.

Update 4/3/24: Can at least login this time (takes you to their web page). Once back in the app - all premium features still blurred out. Premium membership, but doesn't recognize any login. Still have to use the website. Ive cleared cache on app, deleted web site cookies and settings, even redownload app. Still won't recognize a login. No error message, just keeps staying on login screen. All premium features are just blurred out.

One star is one too many. This app doesn't work, at least on my Android 12 system phone. And what I get on the website is almost useless. Apparently you have to get the Advisor subscription and use a computer to get a usable app. Will probably cancel subscription. Too bad. I long for the good old days when I could go to the library and look at print.
