This app is absolute garbage. Recently the menu on the upper left has stopped functioning and acts like a back button. This makes it nearly impossible to navigate the app. It feels like it was designed as an intern project by a committee of drunk baboons wearing sunglasses at night while twiddling their fingers randomly at a keyboard.

This app is horrible, and the only way to earn my company's wellness rewards. It takes 5 minutes to load every "page", good luck if you hit a button you didn't mean to. "Optional" fields in challenges aren't actually optional. The journeys have seemingly tripled in length since last year, since each step takes multiple days of logging to complete.

The app is very basic but the reason for my low rating is the horrible customer service. You have to stay on top of them to make sure they are crediting you with the completion of your activities. I reached out after 40 days of not receiving my reward (they say it can take up to 30) and they passed it up to a team that finally found I completed the tasks. However, they couldn't credit me with doing it in the previous quarter when it was actually done. Their delay cost me $150 for last qtr.
