This app sucks. For some reason the saved password no longer worked nor did my fingerprint. When attempting to reset the password, once I submitted the new password, I got a message saying my session was terminated due to inactivity. So I tried it through the website. However, I could only login to the website using the temp password. The password can only be reset through the app which will tell you the session timed out even though you are not idle at all.

This app might be great, but I wouldn't know. For over a year I have been unable to login to my account. I am repeatedly locked out after inputting my login info one time, with a message that says too many attempts, reset password? I've have reset the password, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. So many calls to customer service. They couldn't figure it out, they say the account isn't locked on their end. Nobody knows what the problem is. So glad the State is going to another company.

I gave 4 stars instead of 3, because despite, frustrating issues like inaccurate text alerts, now that update-bugs have been worked out, biometric features like the finger-scan work great on my cheap MotoG7 Android. I hated the app before, because inputting my password every time I switch screens, to look at the account number of my bank for a transfer, for example, or take a call, was grinding my gears. I dig the improvements.
