The shopping concept is great, but the UI is terrible. It's too clunky. The swiping needs to be smooth, instead it's ready to deliver motion sickness along with your groceries. I'm already conditioned to use gestures to go back a page. Instead, it kicks me out of the app. The app development is 80% there, but it's 100% frustrating to use. If I wasn't so intrigued by the business model and the problems it solved for me, I wouldn't make my first purchase.

Used to be able to afford this because I thought it was cheaper then me going grocery shopping. It was for awhile but then I notice it up overtime. Still cheaper then what I used to go buy groceries. I used to pay around 40 something dollars a month and now it's around 89. Close to 90. Don't know if it's gonna go up overtime like it has and I wish my order doesn't come late like it always does. I always gotta stay up late till it arrives and I hate staying up because I work early mornings.

There is a Flex option that is not the subscription plan which you are only charged when you create your own basket. However, if I recall correctly, I did not see this option presented to me when I signed up. I tried emptying my cart to not be charged until I was ready. I didn't realize every two weeks they will automatically create and ship the cart. I was charged $55 I'll need before my next paycheck. I wish I had seen the Flex option from the start when signing up.
