Great app. Miss the Facebook group. It was easy to find post for recipes, see tips from others and there was lots of motivation. This is more like a forum to sell supplements, promote products, and provide products feedback. The help with your journey has been traded for buy, buy, post a picture of you bought, and buy more. The supplements are great at $37 each but VIP only get $5 off, occasionally. If you have the book or have taken a challenge, you're good. Follow on the Gram or Tik Tok.

I absolutely love this app! Everything you'll need is right here together if you're seeking weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle. If you use the Focus supplements, you no longer have to ask, "Where's the link to buy", everything is literally in the app. The support, accountability , and community for like-minded people on the journey is everything.
