The game has a jumbled start with a lot of interruptions, but after that is fun. The events, however, require a lot of money to play or you make no progress. Contacting customer service is apparently impossible. I wish developers didn't ruin games through greed. I don't feel valued as a customer and now want to delete a game I otherwise enjoy. I don't mind paying for a game, but seriously you'll have to spend more than an xbox game for something simple.

They had a secondary event that gave you set times to meet goals with a specified group of "players" to compete against. Once I reached the end, it instantly told me that only 5 players reached the end, and we had to split the prize. But there was still plenty of time for others to finish. I looked into it, and I believe they use bots for the competitions to make them harder so you will spend more money to try to win. They are blatantly scamming people. Do not spend real money on this game!

I've enjoyed the game for a couple of years, I've made several in game purchases, I USED to win whatever event I focused on/grinded. Most of my island is uncovered. I get on routinely through the day. I always get the free stuff with ad watches. And now it's IMPOSSIBLE to win! I drained my in-game, cash, gold AND spent $12 on bonuses (the most I've ever paid at one time but I really wanted this craft room theme) and I STILL lost. It's actually unacceptable, I do NOT recommend this game
