Hardly ever loads and when it does it always has errors. Wish I wasn't forced to use it

Let me be the first to call out this app as useless. The registration process is more complicated than signing up for a government program. There is no employee/employer IDs on the website, and the group and member ID do not seem to be a match. Why would they need your debit card number, ID numbers, username and password for this app when I already have one for the website or it's on file. Waste of time when website works fine and I still haven't been able to register. HR was also no help.

Works and all but have to keep logging into app if I leave to go to another app
