Ratings and reviews

These are unparalleled Bluetooth headphones, when it comes to sound. However, the Bluetooth connectivity and app is lagging. It frequently tells me that my (right) Bluetooth is disconnected, my wife's (left) Bluetooth. So, I have to unpair it, then pair it up again, but nxt time I use it, same process. It's aggravating more than anything.

These headphones used to be the best thing ever. I have used them for over 5 years. They are one of the only headphones out there that will tell you your text messages. But now my buttons work when they feel like it and the app keeps telling me to delete the app and install the tone free app. But that's the app that's telling me to delete it. Then the next day it will work. It's so very frustrating. READ YOUR REVIEWS AND GET THE SH! T FIXED!! Or I'm going to a different brand

I have several issues with the LG tone free app. It used to be amazing!! I emailed this feedback. 1) it crashes regularly - my phone used to say to close it since it was such a problem 2) my earbuds randomly disconnect even when I'm 2 inches from my phone and they are fully charged. 3) i had to turn off auto read if text messages because it reads them over and over again... even if i mark them unread. Im going to Uninstall again and reinstall if that doesn't fix it... I'll move on.
