Before the app was updated & maybe the 1st month with the updates, I never had any issues. After that, it sucked! I can't use the fingerprint to sign in, it just keeps swirling around. If I sign in without the fingerprint, all it shows is the menu. It keeps saying, "Uh oh! There could be a dozen reasons why we can't connect to our servers. Please try again later." when I select anything else on the app. It's been saying that since 2018 & I have uninstalled & installed multiple times. I'm over it!

The app works fine in theory but the menu options for ordering are consistently not available, the menu is always missing at least 50% of what they offer. When you go to the website and click on participating stores, the store I go to is on the list, but the items are never on the menu. And if I change my store to another, that stores shows items that my store doesn't but still isn't all of the items. Super frustrating.

The app only allows you to mark one location as your favorite instead of being able mark as many locations as you may visit. The "hot light" feature is nice as it let's you know when hot doughnuts are being made. However, I turned off the notification, but the app continues to notify. I had to sign out of my account so that I didn't have to uninstall the app. It looks visually pleasing though.
