I've been playing this game, as well as 3 of your other games for 2 years now, and have put a lot of money into them. Lately, I have been getting pop up ads in my game while in the middle of actively playing the game. Not just 1 or 2 ads, it's every 10 SECONDS!!! My game will freeze, and up pops another ad until I "X" the corner box to remove it. Also, there has been no ground debris to clean up so that I can get my 5 daily pickaxes! Please fix this or I will have to delete the game with a heavy heart ;0(

I started playing this game years ago. I built up my town so much that they ran out of new things for me to buy. When I got a new phone, my town was lost and could not be retrieved. Recently, I tried to play the game again but it's not the same. You don't have bundle discounts to get good deals on gold, axes, etc. It takes 24hrs to get a few axes and spin the wheel that mostly lands on wood. At this rate, it'll take 20 yrs to build up my town again. Not worth it. Uninstalling.

Addictive and really fun! (As of 2023 It was really fun now it's just annoying this game and the Westbound GoldRush Settlers game both are having problems loading items in the game and half of everything built are black square so you can't even see what you have built. I've tried to get ahold of customer support but didn't get help. I give up on these games!
