The is very glitchy and freezes often. Forces me to shut down all my running apps to start over. I came here to see if there's an update but there's not. So I figured I'd rate the app. Update to this app. It's horrible. I can't even open it anymore and it is up to date. Update: came here to see if there was an update for the app unfortunately there wasn't. I have season pass and was looking to get parking for tonights game I usually do that through this app but when I open the app I don't have any options other than switching back and forth between Kings mode and golden one mode! This app sucks!!!! You'd think having a golden 1 arena app it would be state-of-the-art but it's a garbage! fix it! It's always hads problems!

I cannot login to the season ticket section though I can through a Browser. Many times when I open the app I get the spinning circle and the app never opens coompletly. I have a brand new phone so it certainly isn't my phone. Previous versions of this app have been horrible also. update in 2019- login issues again. tell me wrong credentials. I go to change my password and can login through the clicktix website. go back to the app- wrong credentials. this app needs some major help.

Notifications don't work about 50 percent of the time, they often will either; open my browser to its usual home page which is not kings related, open the kings app with the correct content, open the kings app to the main page, or open my browser with the correct content. Four different possibilities for an action that should simply open in the app to the notification story, but instead frustrating experiences with the app. I'm using dolphin browser for Android if that helps fix the issue.
