Ratings and reviews

The prices tend to be higher and the selection more limited then AliExpress, but the delivery time is faster, and I don't need to drive to Iposita and pay to receive my package. This app definitely has a niche if you're willing to search for the right deal or need something faster than the 2-3 months things normally take from AliExpress.

The customer service team is responsive and helpful. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and will definitely be shopping on Kikuu again.

Very bad experience 😕 2 orders, 1 confirmed but not delivered, 0 refund and plenty explanations. I would even say it is a scam To relate a bit of the unconfirmed order, it was done since may 1st, two items but even after sending payment proof to the customer service/support as requested, the payment is not confirmed and so is the order. This is the second bad experience with kikuu
