I've had problems with the game for the last 3 weeks. The Dream Home island they tout in the description has a bug. You earn decorations for both inside and outside from a lottery. That part still works. The decorations, both the new ones I get every day plus the ones I amassed before the problem, are missing from the storage. I have emailed customer service twice. Both times I received an email 4-5 days later telling me the problem will be fixed on Friday. It hasn't been fixed yet.

Update-Thank you for fixing some of the issues. I really liked this game. It keeps you playing for hours with all the different mini worlds. Once you get so far in a world, the time runs out and that world disappears. But when new world starts, you have to find the same items. Why can't our items be transferred to new world. Loosing everything and having to start over is frustrating. Language issue is still there. No matter what language you choose, multiple languages show up throughout game.

Please make melons, wheat and potatoes more available. I have been trying to open the next areas for weeks, but it's impossible to complete orders because they need so much of these ingredients and they are so hard to get. Buying them in the store is impossible because making money is even more impossible. It is getting boring and a big waste of time.
