It's ok to do necessary tracking, but frustrated that the time capture in the app is GMT so when I finish my day (in PST) I'm not getting the credit for completing my day timely. Reported and told to un/reinstall w/no resolve Update 5/14: on a brand new phone (S23) and had an update to Android OS14 and the app immediately started having issues as stated above...there is something wrong with the OS and until it is fixed, I cannot use this app.

I have had the same experience as other reviewers. The app is awesome and helpful - when it works. Most of the time it kicks me out, won't load or gives me errors and will not allow me to log in. I have tried changing my password, Un-installing/reinstalling...still the same issues. Please make the needed bug fixes so this will work...it is so helpful when it does - but extremely frustrating when it doesn't!

This is a TERRIBLE app. It's very glitchy and constantly freezes up. I have to tap EVERYTHING 3 - 4 times to open up a page/function. I wasn't even able to complete a recent wholesale order because the stupid thing completely froze up on me (and no it's NOT my phone -- all other sites and apps worked fine). I had to resort to a PC, which thoroughly defeats the purpose of a mobile app.
