Ratings and reviews

Slow at times, but otherwise not bad. I generally am happy with the Ipsy experience and get products I'll use and that match my preferences. The points system isn't great. By the time I have the points for a product I want, they've changed the offerings and it's no longer available. Shipping could be better, but products arrive unbroken although sometimes items are missing and I have to get replacement items.

They will spam email for promotions you aren't eligible for, and the points you do earn are only redeemable for a limited variety of products. I ordered products off of the main shopping page (points not an option to use), and the shipping took thirty days. One of the products was not the color I expected, but when I went back to the receipt to check what I ordered, the app will not let you click the item. It just shows you a generic description and picture. You can't return to the OG listing.

I have been an " Ipster" for almost 4 years now, and I absolutely adore receiving my monthly boxes still!!! It's such a great value, 30 bucks a month for items that are market valued at over a hundred bucks. It's a wide range of different brands, and you can change your preference so you can get more of certain products and less of others. Having a choice in what you get is awesome. I am still a happy member!!
