Ratings and reviews

The app is fine if you want small thing for delivery that you can buy and carry by yourself in store. The minute you try to order larger pieces of furniture that you actually need to be delivered, as they can't be transported in a car. The app states that ti's product cannot be delivered. Therefore this app is pointless and a waste of time and space on my phone.

A number of bugs which ruins the online shopping experience. I can't update quantities after adding it to cart. I can't change the store from inside the product details page, takes a long while to refresh. And number of other issues.

Excellent in Kuwait. Visited it once in Egypt, but haven't tried visiting it again. I think it can be far more organised than what it is now. I clicked on one star, but unfortunately, all five were selected against my will. Thanks I found my visits to IKEA in Kuwait were far better than in Egypt. I think the reasons are obvious. Chaos!
