I'd give zero stars if I could. The app keeps telling me to allow location detection, even after I already did, and hands up on the screen with an annoying flashing pop-up telling me to do what I already did. On top of that, the organization itself appears to be mentally so deficient because I have to provide receipts for EVERYTHING no matter where I use it. I would drop it altogether, but the benefits sign up window is already closed at my employer. This is the worst FSA organization ever.

It's nice to submit your expenses and check your account info. However, the Notification are not entirely mobile friendly. The text on the attached images or documents is way too small. With no way to zoom in to actually read it. So I end up having to look at that stuff in a Desktop Computer to be able to read it.

App keeps changing date of service. I double check and triple check before submitting (I even take screenshots), but after I submit, the date keeps changing. Last month, my childcare claim kept getting declined because of this problem with the app. I was hoping the issue was resolved, but same thing is happening again this month. Please fix ASAP!
