Bought a weekly subscription. Pressed "pause" on my weekly subscription. Eventually I bought the subscription for life. Yet you guys still withdrawI the weekly payment. I have reached out multiple times by mail but you're email address is wrong!!! There's no other way to reach out then writing a review! I want a refund! Immediately! Thank you!

The basic version seemed great, but paod for the lifetime, and nothing worked right. Every in the AI art was nightmare fuel, if it would even generate an image. Says inappropriate content for completely harmless subject material. Refund requested within half hour. I'm not going to deal with this headache.

I will happily re- review your app if your staff is courteous and attentive enough to answer this question; I signed up a few weeks ago (I have approx 5 of each question credits)... I used them all immediately, and genuinely think it's a decent program for finding condensed info (TO FOCUS THE _START_ OF RESEARCH). However, despite gaining extra 3 cred a day for the entire first week (never using ALL, but at least a few every day); I suddenly have ZERO, and no way to get more... plz help!
