The AtHome app library is incredible. With OTG support, connect a USB camera to your Android device and go. Oh, but wait... an activation number is required for this app to work. Can you purchase this? No. Is there a place on the website, within the app or anywhere to locate or generate an activation number? No. Can you email the developer? Yes, but they won't give you any assistance. So in essence, this app is worthless and unusable. Sad. Very Sad. Talk about a waste of potential greatness. 👎

crashes as soon as I open the app on my S9+ also Norton warns me "this app shares your SIM card data including serial number voicemail and phone number". This is mainly used for data mining by the creator.

How do I get this activation number? Thanks for your answer. Still no answer... after many months of waiting. There is no possibility to to buy an activation number in the store inside the athome camera app, and it seems that the developers do not care.
