Ratings and reviews

From 2 to 1 stars. I keep getting a playback error when trying to review recording. The detection zone is pointless, it doesn't work. The camera detects a shadow, and leafs blowing, but completely ignores huge vehicles. I'm canceling my subscription, it's not any good. Also needs the option to slow down recordings, just as it has the option to speed it up.

I paid for upgrade for longer videos and it has never worked. Never. You speak to people overseas most of the time when you call. It's frustrating but they do do a good job once you actually get through. I like the door locks. It gets confusing when you order through the app VS. Apple. They cannot switch once you make a selection and then add new products that might have specials. This should not be so either.

I've been paying for the subscription for over a year and can't get many videos beyond 7 seconds despite all my efforts. After contacting support a few times, I could get longer videos but soon it would revert. I contacted support again the other day with no response. Last night, 4/3/24, I decided to power off my camera because it was at 12%. I plugged it in for a few hours and then when I went to set it up, I noticed a steady yellow and now I cannot get my camera to work!!
