Love it!!!! Works perfectly fine. I agree it's not user-friendly, but if you know how to get around settings, configurations etc. like me, you will enjoy this thing. Otherwise, you will get frustrated like most comments here.

Crashes all the time. Cropping only works correctly with horizontal labels and then you must rotate the print 90°

Stopped working and overturned almost every label after a few months. Waste of time and money.
