Fun game! There are some downsides. The game has very few of the games as advertised. It's expensive you earn very little and need way more. It's repetitive. Each level is pretty much the same, and you start all the way over at every hospital.

Once you get passed the Tokyo it sucks.. Unless you wanna spend your money on upgrading everything and use the boosters just so you can pass the levels ... So restart it after Tokyo and replay it..

Fun game . Much better than other money grabbing ones like clinic mania and the like. Actually playable instead of pay to play. Yes there's ads but they aren't overwhelming and none intrusive.
