Ā¹Funds from payroll-related direct deposits may be made available up to two days early. Early access to payroll deposits applies to the direct deposit of funds from your employer. Employer direct deposits vary and, as a result, it is not possible to guarantee early access to your pay. Factors that will affect this include the senderā€™s deposit description used and the timing of their submission of deposit. In order to provide this service, we generally post such deposits on the business day we receive notice that the deposit is scheduled, which may be up to two (2) business days earlier than the payerā€™s scheduled payment date. In general, benefit checks (direct deposit or otherwise) from the federal or state government will not be eligible for early access based on the parameters we use. As an example, benefits that generally would not receive early access include but are not limited to unemployment, retirement, pension, civil service, railroad retirement and veteranā€™s payments.

This new update has rendered the app useless. Every step to launch it results in a crash. Update: I am now able to login but the transaction data is a year old. I am unable to view my recent transactions. Update #2: They are finally ironing out the kinks. The app is still mostly an inferior version when compared to the last. Update #3: The app is back to crashing before even opening. Absolute trash.

Used to love this app, one of the few that had dark mode. But with the new update, everything is white and too bright. I've got super sensitive eyes and having the option taken away isn't ideal. The app is also extremely slow. The to/from fields are always incorrect. I hate how much slower it is to transfer money between my savings and checkings. It used to be so quick, and now I have to wait for the slow service to send a text to verify and then wait for it to verify its the right code...

App has become completely unusable since the forced switch from the original BankMobile app. Endless loading screens 9 times out of 10, and on the occasion that you can actually get to the log in screen, you will get stuck in a constant loop of having to wait for a verification code, only to receive an error message after entering and having to restart the process. Completely unnecessary change for what amounts to a branding update.
