Pelvic pain and dysfunctions are common, but they are not normal. Bloom provides clinical-grade care for women’s pelvic health, from the comfort of home, with ongoing support from Pelvic Health Specialists.

Developed by experts, Bloom enables you to perform pelvic-health exercises. The Bloom Pod by Elvie connects to the app and provides real-time biofeedback. This allows you to see whether you are exercising correctly, as well as how effectively you are squeezing or elongating.

Bloom app is a part of the Bloom ecosystem, and only Bloom members are able to fully access all features:

Ratings and reviews

Needs a place to report bugs other than the general email. Saved my height as 5' 5" but profile info shows me as 0' 5". [I know there is a tenancy for people to exaggerate height on their profiles, but this "feature" to counter that is a little excessive. 😄].l Password reset email must have gotten swallowed by a filter because I haven't gotten it yet - but all the marketing emails come through. 🤷‍♀️ That's less on the app itself, more about the whole ecosystem.

It was a great start. However, I wish the difficulty increased. I don't feel like this ended up actually helping the pelvic floor issues I am having.

Recurrent issues with bluetooth connection.
