Nice and simple app to help quit nicotine/tobacco. I knew I'd never remember my actual quit date, this app makes it easy. It has a few short ads once in a while but I don't mind. I like how it shows positive facts as time goes on (how much/how your body recovers, how many cigarettes you've passed up, etc) & doles out little "trophies" for time you've made it. There's other features I didn't use but seem cool like slow quitting, diary, help with cravings, etc.

I've used this app in the past and removed it because of the forced ads. I figured I would try again a few years later. I hate how this app forces you to watch ads. I hate ads so much - I am uninstalling this app. Please let me know when you stop forcing ads to play when simply navigating through the menus and rewards, and I will kindly change my review.

I didn't utilize the app to its full ability, but I found the tracking and health aspects useful. The tracker is nice, shows different types of tracking but being shown how many cigarettes you passed on or how much you roughly saved per pack. Puts things in perspective. I liked knowing what occurred to my body while quitting, and how it was theoretically improving. Generally speaking, I know milage varies in this situation.
