It does do what it claims to however the searches should for example cover the entire state or a zip code and surrounding areas. I had to click on each town or county to search and got no results with many counties.

This app is pretty minimalist and super easy to use. It's simple to find what you're looking for.

Think you would be able to search large areas, states even. You can't. Have to know the town you want to search within.
