I put a hat on a dog to make it match what the adopter wanted. Unfortunately it needs a dressing room to put the hat on which I haven't unlocked yet...so now the game is stuck. There's no way to take the hat off the dog because it's already "crated" and the person waiting won't leave. Restarted game and phone same issue. Why am I able to use this feature if I can't use it.

A bug: It said that it automatically dispatched vehicle to rescue, but i still have to manually assign. I already upgraded it but it's still wont do it automatically.
