Everytime I open this app, it crashes. Everytime it crashes, it deactivatea my acces cards. Why don't you assign cards to account instead of device. It will help us even when we change our device.

Apps is hassle to use to enter workplace. Sometimes apps and device model not compability like oppo,huawei. And the app dosent works like u import the app data to new phone if u change phone. Each card have ID. high tech but not a conveninent way to use it. Use physical card simple. Why work the hard way..where u got simple way

It is painful to use. Was told to set up as visitor and can change to tenant once I receive my access but nope. Nothing works. Once you have register with one ph, there's no other way to change it reinstalling the app will cost $$
