Setup was fairly simple. The major issue I'm having is lag. Sometimes when going to open or close the gate, it does nothing. Sometimes it will start to show it's going to operate with the rotating white circle. But then it just stops & shows whatever position it was in. Then randomly later, it operates. Woke up this morning to my gate open because 15 minutes after it closed, it opened again due to me tapping the button in the app twice & it just lagging. Missing other features as well.

I have Samsung GS10e. This app works very slowly. Does not maintain the set power level, always switches back to low setting. To open or close the gate (or check current status) it takes about 30 to 45 seconds, and is difficult to determine if it's ready to receive the command to operate. Very clumsy, but does get the job done. It has not been updated in more the 1.5 years, so probably lucky it works at all.

Lots of bugs. Constantly logs me out, for no reason. Always has issues with "input power disconnected". Always resets its power level back to "low". When it did work, I would get random notifications that my gate is opened or closed, when no such activity took place... It sucks that I'm so committed to them since I have their opener on my gates. I wish there was another software that would be compatible.
