Dropped to four stars due to UI changes in mid December. The UI took steps back all around, unfortunately. I have already emailed devs more detail on my biggest issues with it. Otherwise, the game is great. It does take trial and error at first. Highly recommend investing the $3 it takes to unlock ultimate or whatever it is. Only con I can think about is that the longer you play a save, the more you may feel the need to invest in additional micro transactions. Not necessary, though.

Edit: The dev's reply addressed my comment below and directed me toward what I was missing. Ultimate, though an extra three bucks, is worth it... and I'm poor. The new UI subtracts from the ability to "choose your own adventure" and shoehorns you into a very narrow style of playing. This leaves a lot less elbow room when it comes to managing your team.

Hi Kristofer, thank you for reviewing our game. Have you tried the Ultimate mode? This mode has additional GM Tales games which were designed for experienced users, and it offers manual trading function and much more.

For what it is and for how small its development budget probably is, this game couldn't be much better. I find myself playing this more than any other sports games on android. The devs listen to the players and constantly update the game to make it more enjoyable. I hope for a future sequel with more complexity and adjustability, such as options to adjust how great draft prospects are or a "media" feature that shows storylines and news from around the league to make the game more immersive.
