With the Ultium PowerUP app, you can connect to your GM PowerUP wall charger (when in Bluetooth range) to set up and customize your charging experience.

What a POS app ... Standing next to the charger and it never finds it. I also went 4, 6, 8 feet from it and it never connects. It has been like this since installing the app.

This app rejected my router password when trying to put my GM brand EVSE on my network. Why do I think this application password issue is a bad one. First, no documentation on password rules or length. Second, the password error message "incorrect password" was not because I entered the wrong password. The app rejected my password due to it password rules or length. Third, this app will force some customers to change their router password to meet the requirements of this app. Bad situation

Charger stopped working. Customer support is not able to assist because they can't connect to the WiFi. 1/5 update: emailed the support team. In your message, no reply. No update on service ticket either.
