This is literally the worst application for deliveries. The only pluses, that it's popular and has many orders, but other than that, it's literally impossible to use. -Orders disappear. -No way of contacting support, only Bot, which does not read your massages and only sends screepted SMS back. -Pay-check issues all the time. Highly encourage to use ANY other application, use Glovo only as a last resort, and at your own risk to mental health

The one of worst thing in glovo, you can't reach to customer service except you have order, otherwise no one, they won't respond to you, It's probable that you receive an order, but when you arrive at the pickup location, the application reassigns a new order, and you don't receive any money. That's a waste of time and money. If you cancel an order in Glovo, it's like committing a crime. This happened to me after I accepted an order

Glovo kindly consider the condition, your new app update is trash it's just like GLOUBER, we don't see anymore what's your delivery price is, if there is a 2md delivery after the fast delivery we don't see the price of 2nd delivery until it's bundle, so I will no be picking up 2nd delivery after the 1st, not only me mostly will not be. Please kindly get a good developer to make you app good not do it from freelance website. Best regards.
