Pick-up poorly designed. No option for in-store pickup, and devs give no option to select anything but a conventional car. Even tapping "other" gives us no way to type in "motorcycle" or "ebike." Beyond that... still really glitchy. Frequently see "no soup for you" messages that imply no special offers available, no pickup times, etc but they often go away with a refresh. Comically, even the "Give Website/App Feedback" button doesn't work. Like, at all. Goes to a blank page with just a header.

Having Issues. The location doesn't work for pick up anymore. I cant log in all the way to change account details. I can't view current orders and they seem to have an extra one listed. App needs to be fixed and maintained. Update: The review substitutions feature doesn't even work. Terrible.

The app is glitchy, messy and rarely works the way it's supposed to. One week, it tells the store I'm there when I am not. Another week it invites me to approve substitutions but then doesn't let me. It sends me a stupid number of notifications that my groceries are going to be ready, they're almost ready, they're close to being ready, they're ready...but then crashes every time I tell it I'm on my way. I've given up using it.
