Constant crashes on mobile. We have the dedicated device as well but the copliots get duplicated randomly, overly limited to what it can be used for, and it's an extra device to carry around and remember. Becomes e-waste afterwards. Causes meltdowns when it's not working properly or stuff gets added and moved around.

It's great when it works. However the software has been released with many frustrating bugs. It should have been tested better and made clear what the minimum device requirements are.

There is a requirement that you allow this to play over other apps but it won't let you turn it on. I was going to test on the phone before I bought the device but now I see it's as buggy as most people say.
