Love the app. Works great have had little to no issues. HOWEVER I have had terrible luck with customer service. I paid for a year subscription and for some reason I cannot access the app now saying we don't have a membership, I paid a lot of money for my kids to have access to this for schooling and no access? I emailed almost a week ago and STILL have heard nothing I am way more than frustrated with the whole thing.

I downloaded this to use offline on a road trip. The app works great when connected to wifi but none of the books I downloaded would work offline. When offline, the app kept freezing and I never could get it to work. Glad I was able to cancel during the trial. It does work well on wifi, just not what I wanted it for

It's so good, and guess what? NO ADS 0 ads like I can read 500 books and not 1 ad will come up literally like we have wanted this and know we have it only 1 thing, tho when you hold a word for some time, it will pop up the definition of that word BUT WHEN YOU TAP ON IT,IT WON'T SHOW YOU THE DEFINITION but other than that it's a great app OH and did I forget to mention that it has various videos like how to build an stuff like that but yeah it's a great app you should definitely download it.
