Ratings and reviews

The cards are as beautiful in the app as in the website. But I prefer the website version because we could customize more easily, such as change of music. Also, most of my contacts are listed with text cell phone numbers, and the app makes it more difficult to figure out how to send them.

My Only problem is that when I make inquiries to try to retrieve a card selection that I especially like,--- I GET NO WHERE.!!! Your system doesn't seem to acknowledge or recognize it's own repetoire of card selections. Otherwise, I have been very pleased with the wide variety of choices and that your company covers so many situations. I just want a more efficient way of accessing certain selections that I want to view again and /or send a second or third time in future months.

I had originally entered the recipient email incorrectly so I was notified immediately, which was great, giving me plenty of time to resolve this issue. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because there were several pop up ads that were not only distracting and misleading but I mistakenly downloaded an app. Also the card I selected had to have another app installed to play correctly. I'm assuming the receiver had to install as well.
