This application has not been working on my Android. When the application was functioning properly, it was convenient to book group classes, however very inconvenient and tedious to schedule anything for my 3 kids. Now that it doesn't work at all, I use the web page to schedule everything and bypass the app completely, which actually ends up saving time. I hope the app can be fixed and designed to be user friendly and functional for parents scheduling kid zone and other activities. Thanks.

I can no longer book classes. I downloaded the app about a month ago and it worked swimmingly! I loved the convenience of reserving a spot in group fitness classes. This past week the booking option stopped working. Now I have to go out of the app, log into the Y website via my browser, book a class, and then the class with show up as booked in my app. I have logged out, logged back in, uninstalled, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, all several times to no avail. This app is junk.

Trying to reserve anything for kids is more difficult than it needs to be, you literally have to leave the app and go to a website on your browser that rarely works- over half the time when you try to reserve something for kids, the "checkout" page says it's unavailable. Or it will send you to a completely irrelevant page. Over and over and over until it decides that maybe it'll book it. Insane. It is extremely frustrating, I can't even imagine an elderly person trying to use it.
