Need to contact your dealer? No problem, simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owner’s manual, service history, and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle+, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security and more, all combining to offer new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including Wear OS.

Can't log in. It's been months and there's no update so it's not that. I have tried resetting my password but it says they must match, and they sure do. I've tried entering a different password with no luck. There's nowhere on the app to reach out, so I can't get help. There's vital and useful information on this app for our final edition Chrysler and I can't even access it. This is ridiculous. For the high cost of this car, the least I could get is a functioning app.

Bad app. It frequently says there is an error typing in pin, but if you type the pin as if the numbers are still on the screen, you can unlock it. Messages saying "success, location failed".... The refresh circle for range is sometimes there and sometimes isn't (it should always be there). Pressing the "horn" button sets the horn to not stop beeping.. Even-after-you-start-the-car. You have to disable it through the app.

It's a great app when it works!! This app worked for 3 days then says there's a security update available, but when I click update and it goes to my play store, it only gives the promts to open or uninstall. I've tried to uninstall then reinstalled it, but that didn't work. Now it's just sending me in a loop, and it doesn't allow me to login.
