This app might as well be a paper map with moving pictures. As someone who doesn't know the bus routes of the island, it is frustrating to work with. There is no feature to say, "Navigate from my position to the ferry." I simply wanted see which routes and stops I should take. Clicking on a stop lists the buses, but if you don't know what 93 is you can't click on it to see where it goes. I had to click in and out of various features for half an hour just to figure out how to get from A to B.

Sometime when I open the app, the gps s have a hard connecting with the bus trackers/ or vise vsera. And sometimes all of the bus view indicators are turned off. (Why am I not seeing any busses available?) I have to go to the routes and tell which buses to view AGAIN even after saving my preference choices, they all get turned off. Other than that I love this app. It tells me my bus is just moments away & tells the time schedual for each as well.

Most of the time the busses dont show up on the app. I give it three stars because I love the port orchard bus drivers. But I feel the staff could better plan The app should be updated so it can send out alerts. Updates should include capabilities like real time updates. Weather delays. Also include when routes are suddenly changed or altered.
